Founder & Full-Stack Developer
Founded and engineered HostelBites, a multi-role food ordering and delivery ecosystem for university campuses. Secured official incubation and funding from AIC-RRU (Atal Incubation Centre - Rashtriya Raksha University), serving 300+ active users in the first month of launch.
- Architected a monorepo containing a Node.js/Express backend, MongoDB, and four distinct React-based Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) tailored for Customers, Stores, Delivery Partners, and Admins.
- Developed security-focused delivery workflows, including dual-factor OTP handshakes (pickup and delivery) and gender-sensitive route-filtering algorithms.
- Integrated Socket.io for real-time order tracking, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push notifications, and Razorpay API with secure webhook verifications.
- Deployed and managed the server infrastructure on an Ubuntu VPS, configuring an Nginx reverse proxy, SSL, and PM2 process manager.
