RRU Campus Feedback Management System

QR-code feedback portal for Rashtriya Raksha University's campus outlets, with automatic sentiment tagging, complaint escalation, and analytics reports.

The Problem

Campus outlets such as the food court, cafe, and stationery store had no simple way to collect feedback from students and staff, or for the university to track and resolve complaints.

The Solution

Built a feedback system where anyone scans an outlet's QR poster with their phone camera, rates the outlet, and can attach a photo. Admins see live analytics, and low ratings automatically become complaints to resolve.

Key Capabilities

Scan-to-feedback QR posters that open directly in any phone camera or Google Lens.
Ratings for item quality, staff speed, and hygiene, with optional photo evidence.
Automatic sentiment classification; ratings of 2 stars or below are escalated as pending complaints.
Admin analytics dashboard with top outlets, low-rating alerts, and monthly satisfaction trends.
Printable A4 QR poster generator and downloadable PDF / Excel reports.
